Cavaliers News · Cavaliers hold on to beat Kouts

Saturday afternoon the Tri-County boys took on Kouts and came out with a victory by the score of 62-54.  It was good prep for the Cavs as it had a post-season feel to it and they had to play through the physical play.

Leading the Cavs in scoring were seniors Bryce Cook and Bennie Patterson with 25 and 22 points respectively.  Dalton Justice continued his solid play chipping in 9 points on the afternoon.  Sam Getz put together a solid afternoon scoring 4 points and pulling down a team high 8 rebounds.  Cook and Patterson pulled down 7 boards apiece while Justice grabbed 5 boards and 4 assists.

Tri-County is now 14 and 2 and will host Benton Central on Friday with JV tip scheduled for 6:30.  Friday will also be Senior night (between games) as well as Hall of Fame induction (varsity halftime).
